3. Report writing of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) of materials/products.
4. Assure sizes and dimensions according to the drawings.
5. Maintain all relative documents regarding Quality Management System.
6. Inspect the “Inspection of Store” of the instruments, machinery, equipment etc according to the given specifications.
7. Controlling all quality control activities on day-to-day basis and directly involving in all Inspection activities and ensuring various projects to meet quality requirements.
8. Perform the calibration of :
a) CNC & Conventional Milling Machine.
b) CNC & Conventional Lathe Machine.
c) Drilling, Welding(arc and tig) & Filament winding Machine.
d) Temperature sensor/recorder/gauges i.e. RTD’s, Thermocouples etc
e) Pressure transducer/transmitters of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
f) Oven, vaccume chambers, mixers by using data acquisition card APCI 3200.
g) Results, certificate and tags issuance as per ISO 17025 requirements.
h) Weighing balance using F1, F2 standard weights.
i) Load cell by standard Load Cell Calibrator ranges 1klbs, 10klbs, 100klbs, and 500klbs in Compression and tension mode.
j) Using JAVA based calibration database software generates daily, monthly and yearly plans of whole plant.
k) Follow the safety and Environmental Policy and regulations.
