Job Responsibilities & Activities
Troubleshooting, analyzing and repairing problems of computer elements such as desktop
computers, laptops and various components/peripherals of an IT infrastructure.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting laptop and desktop problems.
• Notebook parts replacement (Main board, Hdd, odd, Panel, Processor etc)
• All type of LCD monitors' panel replacement
• Operating System installation (windows xp, vista, windows7 and windows 8)

• Assembling all type of desktops
• Re assembling all type of Notebook Computers
• Testing, cleaning, trouble shooting, repairing and maintenance of IT peripherals
• Collecting information from all possible service sources and keeping them recorded for future references.
• Attend the Acer service meeting in every two month
• Explain the exact cause of problems and provide solution to it.
• Responsible for responding to customer calls on hardware issues
• Managing the technical team & assigning works to Field Engineers
• Installing the printers (HP, Canon Epson, TVs dot-matrix)
• Projector re assembling (Replacing projector lamp and board)
• Installation of Software ( MS Office, Photoshop and AutoCAD etc)
