- Evaluate and analyze customer and seller interfaces i.e., voice, emails and chat interactions to ensure it is being used to their maximum benefit in order to hear customer feedback and resolve their issues
- Follow up on product performance and accumulate feedback from customers and sellers on improvements.
- Identify trends and potential process issues as they relate to the overall experience from evaluations and survey results, provide recommendations for best in class process and capabilities.
