Task and Activities:

 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
 Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients & Increasing client base.
 Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
 Writing business proposals.
 Negotiating with stakeholders.
 Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
 Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
 Following industry trends locally and internationally.
 Drafting and reviewing contracts.
 Supporting for shipping & logistic field . (export & import shipment and custom clearance coordination.
 Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
 Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
 Keep follow up of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
 Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
 Discussions of the company’s Management team for streamline processes, solve

 coordinate with other department heads in order to anticipate future hiring needs and to
plan for those needs and to develop a recruitment strategy.

Supporting for shipping & logistic field . (export & import shipment and custom clearance coordination.
Job Description
To co-ordinate with Procurement department, Finance department, Shipping Co. Shipping agent, Surveyor and Transporters for timely delivery of all inbound and outbound shipment and efficient handling of import and export orders.
• Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location
• Responsible for tracking of goods en route to their destination.
• Log shipments which are ready for collection & update its current status on daily basis
• Preparing shipping plan, considering mode of shipment, route, inland freight, transit time, vessel schedules & cost
• Negotiating with global forwarding agencies, courier companies and other service providers to get the best price
• Co-ordination with agents, port authorities, stevedores and transporters for smooth and efficient handling of import shipments with minimize cost
• Ensure all shipping documents are in order
• Receiving & checking freight invoices as per agreed prices & processing for payment
• Handling customs clearance for all shipments
• Preparing landed cost and on time delivery report
• Submitting shipment declaration to insurance company
• Submitting & monitoring insurance claims for damaged and missing shipments
• Sending arrival notification to the concerned plants/departments for all shipments
• Basic knowledge of port operations and import clearance
• Commercial terms used in shipping and import/export trade
• Communication and negotiation skills.
