Provide high quality wide of business services Kingdom wide through two divisions. Includes,
• Execution civil construction includes Air Conditioning projects, interior design, roads & asphalting works.
• Develop software & programs and provide IT support to all clients.
Direct planning and training activities (total strength of 525 employees and $110MM of net direct expenditure). Responsible for developing strategic plans, business plan, operating plan, mid/year-end accountabilities, MIS (management information system) and vision planning. Direct all training functions such as the development of professional personnel through attending management and technical courses/seminars and developmental assignments, job certification, retention of critical skills, development of the job knowledge required for safe and proficient job performance, provide wealth of learning opportunities available to help employees stay on top of innovations in the new workplace environment through e-learning as well as the supervision of the development of career planning. Supervises the preparation and generation of various financial reports and ensure a comprehensive review and analysis are conducted.
Direct and supervise the activities of hydrocarbon products sales used for fuel within the Kingdom. Ensure providing proficient business support to customers, promoting safety and quality measures to the company’s local customers, and promote the company’s image as the fuel supplier of the Kingdom. This include the supply of refined products, asphalt, crude oil, fuel oil, bunker diesel and LPG to all in-Kingdom customers including, but no limited to, government, public utilities, local industries, international airlines and private sector. Develop several enhancements to improve business reliability and support operation efficiency such as e-sales, e-payment and direct delivery. Develop price strategies for in-kingdom sales for all Saud Aramco’s produced hydrocarbons and associated handling fees. Also, ensure that market studies and surveys are conducted on a regular basis to promote sales and to improve the company customer services.
Supervises all activities involved in the development and preparation of in-Kingdom hydrocarbon product demand forecasts, products movements, tracking of all domestic sales products as well as market research and surveys throughout the kingdom.
Develop short range operating plan, eighteen months operating plan and long-range plan (20 years) kingdom wide for hydrocarbon products and crude oil demand forecast. Participate in feasibility study for new Bulk Plants and Aircraft Fueling Operations. Monitor the inventory in all 32 BPs and AFOs. Coordinate with various Saudi Aramco organizations and 5000 plus customers to maintain proper inventory levels.
Directs all the activities of four divisions of recruitment, compensation and benefits, labor relations and personnel actions.
Responsible for work activities of developing compensation strategy, benefits programs such as home ownership, thrift plan and retirement. Directs annual compensation survey and administering GOSI, and medical registration and records.
Develop job descriptions for all company Jobs up to managerial levels, conduct job evaluation and develop organization functions.
