Perform technical assessments and analysis of project work according to local codes and specs.
Communicate project status to sales personnel, clients and management throughout project.
Supervising structural and finishing works of residential and commercial projects.
Work closely with clients, local authorities and contractors to obtain approvals, submit proposals and request quotations.
Conduct online marketing affiliate campaigns through various platforms including social media network paid ads
Promoting online products and analyze website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics
Manage existing Indoleads.com advertisers.
Validation of monthly sales and debt collection from advertisers.
Setting deadlines for payments & making sure that all necessary actions have been taken (requirements for double tax avoidance, validation completed, invoice sent etc.).
Have full picture of potential opportunities with each advertiser and predict possible issues with their performance.
Check stats of each assigned advertiser and notifying related departments about issues (if any).
Troubleshooting and problems solving with advertisers.
Constantly increasing revenue and traffic from existing advertisers. Help advertisers to get on-board and guide through platform features. Coordinate with other departments about clients requirements and complains.
