i worked now in " Center Shaheen " company and my title is Training and development manager.
we are planing now to open Shaheen academy.
1. Participation in the preparation of the annual training plan.
2. Prepare training plans based on stores needs with the dates and places of training.
3. Super user in SAP system to Train new employees in different categories (salesman, cashier, front end customer service …..Etc) kingdom wide Arab and Non Arab staff.
4. Communicate with local vendors to prepare the necessary training.
5. Develop and update training program topics for new trainees in different categories.
6. Evaluate staff product knowledge information and performance and make the required reports.
7. Evaluate the gained benefits from training and retraining programs and make the required reports
8. Full Responsibility about new Saudi trainees male & female (saudization file)
9. Doing the required surveys to measure the level of service provided to customers
10. Preparation of monthly, biannual and annual Statistics and
11- Improve business performance and productivity through training exercisesreports about all training activities
12-Work with regional L&D manager to develop support plans for new stores openings
13-Support staff, warehouse and management team members in-store in the completion of their action plan
