Banking Sales and Business Development:
• Accountable for acquiring and sourcing customer relationship for retail liabilities, commercial assets and retention channels
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and creating new revenue streams by partnering with SMEs, customers, Partners, and Stakeholders
• Ensure maximum income generation from sales of all appropriate assets, liability, and cash management products, including cross-sale of POS, of the bank
Client Support:
• Deliver strategic support services to SME clients in varied banking operations such as telex transfers, copies of LG/ LC receipts, checkbooks issuing and more
• Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in dealings with customers
Financial Support and Auditing:
• Responsible for closing deals and reviewing business cases in coordination with credit risk departments and committee
• Keep track of irregular accounts by participating in management meetings on a weekly and monthly basis to regularize the accounts
• Develop and check credit documentation while actively auditing the financial statements of the proposed cases
