My job as a leader involves determining and preparing the proper scoping planning method, contracting, resources, new technology where appropriate, material, equipment and manpower required completing the planned and unplanned shutdowns in a safe and cost effective manner.
Working as senior maintenance engineer. Worked as Manifa representative in long term service agreements with major equipment vendors. In addition, working as senior maintenance engineer for the cogeneration power plant and utilities package. Involved in long, mid and short form contracts to perform the maintenance activities. leader of Preventive Maintenance review team to refine the pm SAP system in the plant for 47, 540 equipment from all crafts (Mechanical, electrical and Instrumentation).
Worked in multi positions: commissioning engineer, process engineer, rotating equipment specialist, maintenance engineer and finally reliability engineer.
I was part of Manifa Mega project team which commissioned in 2013. Started from the construction phase until full operation plant.
Working as Technical Support Rotating Equipment and establishing maintenance systems in "Manifa Project". I worked as a proponent representative witnessing and supervising the excution stage of this project. The main concetration for my role is schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. We as a team ensured mega Manifa project has bee completed on time according to project plans safely and effectively.
Part of a team responsible for overseeing a portfolio of family investment in real estates including formulating and executing short term and long term asset management strategies and managing the additions including marketing and sales sections. This opportunity gave me the insight of local market strategies in marketing and business administration in respectable size real estate company.
Working on the shipping Vessel as an engineering officer onboard very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC), carrying 2.2 million barrels of crude oil dispatching to USA and Europe contains Pumps, Compressors, Heavy Industrial Propulsion Engines, and Electrical Power Generators & Purifiers power plant covers maintenance, operation & planning engineering. Responsible for installation, operation & maintenance (normal, Preventive Maintenance and emergency works) of the oil carrier equipment including propulsion machineries (Rotating Machineries, internal combustion engines, steam boilers, turbines, heat exchanging equipments etc.) & power generation facilities.
Trained and worked on all aspects of operation of oil tankers marine equipment.
Also, Completed a portfolio tasks where it would be assessed and verified.
The academic program is also included a variety of subjects & skills i.e.( Analytical Methods For Engineers, Engineering Management, Business Management Techniques, Law, Engineering Design and Engineering Drawings.
This education includes and not limited to; Marine engineering which covers various aspects of Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering issues and is also covers high level of Controls and Computer System. The academic program is also included a variety of subjects & skills i.e.( Analytical Methods For Engineers, Engineering Management, Business Management Techniques, Law, Engineering Design, Engineering Drawings, Vocational Studies and Workshop Program Vocational Studies covered special onboard program for very large crude carrier with rank of Engine Cadet for a minimum six months period of time.
