.Manage a portfolio of Partners in Pakistan, UAE, Iran that drive high volume and revenue for HP, E Scan, Microsoft.
• Drive the business by developing quality Sales, Readiness and Marketing in order to maintain strong business relationships with key executives.
• Grow the business and ensure that all Partners have a plan in place to focus on driving HP/ E Scan Online Services along with their current on-premise business model.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly targets through pipeline planning.
• Ensure Partners are equipped to compete effectively to win deals and gain HP/ E Scan, Microsoft share.
• Evangelize the HP, Microsoft, e Scan Partner Network to ensure that all Partners are committed to engage with products at the right level within the program.
• Develop and execute Partner Business Plans (PBP) that include 3 years partnership plan and 1 year business objectives, Rhythm of Business (ROB) and joint strategies (Partner Solutions Plan - PSP) for specific goals which are agreed upon and documented by HP, Microsoft, e Scan and the Partner.
• Act as “marketing manager” and support proposed marketing goals including the proper use of channel incentive Coop funding on the right set of activities.
• Channel Incentive Programs: Ensure that the partner can participate in HP, Microsoft’s E scan channel incentives programs (SIP and Reseller) in order to receive rebates and Coop fund.
• Increase Partner Satisfaction: Attainment of conditions of satisfaction established in Partner Business Plan (PBP).
• Competency Attainment: Drive relevant MPN Competency alignment to ensure customer recognition and ability to compete effectively in marketplace.
Define the product strategy and roadmap.
