Self-motivated and highly experienced Professional over 10 years of experience as a Time keeper & clerk and Administration Support agent in CCIC & ARABTEC which provide proven ability to maintain and establish a control system for the Employees' time and production records, time sheets Review, work charts, control all documents and time cards for completeness, Transportation for all areas and also control for accommodation in Camp. Responsibilities & Duties
Preparing the manpower of the company.
Controlling the In & Out flow of manpower.
Compiles employees' time and production records, using calculator or computer: Reviews timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness.
May locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers listed on daily spot sheet and be designated Spotter.
Solving the quarry related to employee’s salary, increment etc., arranging the transportation to the company employees,
Maintaining the time card of the company employees.
Filling the documents related to the employees.
Arranging & scheduling safety induction for all employee
Allocation/ transfer of Employees as per Project requirements,
Computes total time worked by employees, posts time worked to master time sheet, and routes time sheet to payroll department,
May calculate time worked and units produced by piece-work or bonus work employees, using calculator or computer, and be designated Time Checker or Work Checker.
Create reports for information pertaining to retirement and payroll.
Full Experience with attendance management software
with SKM, Thumbs and Biometric systems.
Prepare daily basis over time sheet.
Update Employees sick leave and annual leave Register.
Communicate with employees regarding changes in salary, benefits, etc.
Enter changes to employee payroll records.
Calculate, key, total, and balance substitute payrolls.
Handle voluntary and involuntary deductions.
Punch card attendance system prevents the proxy attendance and records the accurate in and/or out time of each employee.
