Developing strategies plans and annual operational plans for all departments. Preparing tenders, analyzing bids, and supervising the implementation of IT projects. Directs, manages, and evaluates performance of teams and assigned staff.
I was the responsible for developing the operational plans for the network & maintenance department. Creating and managing Active Directory policies. Installing, configuring, and administering network's devices, internal e-mail, and proxy Server. Creating rules to control informaion traffic and monitor the network ports. Ensuring safety MPWH's information.
I was the responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering MPWH's servers, switches, firewall & routers. Setting up and configuring network users policies. Monitoring noise and interference of the wireless signals. Designing new LANs and WAN networks. Provide technical support for end users on all IT issues.
The title of the thesis is "E-Governance and Its Impact on the Government Performance and the Reduction of Financial and Administrative Corruption in Yemen"
