Supporting Process design for new parts.

1. Maintenance and implementation of QMS across the organization as per ISO 9001:2008 standard and represent as Quality Management Representative.
2. Control of all QMS documents (policies, procedures, guidelines/work instructions and forms) as per the requirement of ISO standard.
3. Prepare annual internal quality audit schedule and implement it. Preparing internal audit report and discuss with Management.
4. Leading the Internal Audit team during the audit activity.
5. Monitoring all the Corrective and preventive actions for audit non conformances (internal and external audit).
6. Monitoring and reviewing the Key Performance indicator (KPI) of all divisions.
7. Facilitate for the quarterly Management Review Meeting, collect data from all departments review and analyze the same and present in Management Review. Preparing the MOM and following up until completion of actions.
8. Assist and support all Divisions in establishing their processes.
9. Assist Marketing/Business Development team for preparation of Pre qualification documents.

• Planning & Purchasing of Raw Material, CNC Tooling, Jigs, Fixtures etc
• Process Planning.
• In-house Production Planning & Monitoring.
• Conducting Hydraulic High pressure proof tests.
• Validation of Tig welding Process.
• Developing new vendors for CNC Tooling, Raw material & providing technical assistance.
• Developing new sub contractors and providing technical assistance.
• Planning preventive maintenance as per the annual maintenance plan.
• Conducting & Documentation of PPAP & Statistical Process control.
