Facilities Management of Riyadh Metro Stations Line-1 (Blue) & Line-2 (Red) 40 Metro Stations and 3 Depots FM Services.
Organizing the in-house and service providers for an effective and efficient service deliveries
Development of Maintenance Procedure and Instruction of each system and subsystems related to Electrical and Electronic assets like LV Distribution System, Standby Generator, Lighting and Control Panels, Energy Management, Viaduct System, Fire Alarm System, Photo Voltaic, BMS, PAT, Central Battery System etc.

Performance evaluation of the service providers and managing the in house service deliveries
Plan, direct & oversee Preventive/Corrective/Emergency maintenances in the MEP, Civil & Infrastructure works
Ensure smooth & safe operation of the facility through overall control of planned and unplanned service responses
Assist the sales or leasing team for the moving in and move out of the tenants including the technical surveys, snag reports, asset verification, renovations and document collections etc.
Approval, supervision and follow up of the Fit out procedures by the tenants
Carry out annual survey of the facilities to assess actual maintenance requirement for each and every facility the purpose of annual budgeting
Assist in audits of contract performance from technical perspective
