Established the new plants of Plastic Molding and Recycling in this organization.
Supervised many projects such as conversion of energy plants from CNG into LPG
Overseen the commissioning, production and processing of the manufactured goods.
Developed the basic infra structure for the development and growth of this visionary initiative of LUMS.
Initiated coordination between various organizational hierarchies and parallel departments for effective development of the institutional initiative and its growth there on.
Developed an effective system of communication with the students as prompt and strong communication can help keeping all stake holders involved and energetic towards the goals and objectives of the organization.
Developed very strong links in the organizations existing departments and key offices as change is hard to accept and to gain support for a new system, there should be a strong supporting system and individuals.
Defined and Published the Vision of Lums Student Council which lead to the redefinition of Council’s image from a body highlighting issues and problems to a proactive institution foreseeing the upcoming issues and planning accordingly to help the various departments in order that the issues do not disturb the academic activities at LUMS.
Worked in assistance for various departments and built strong ties for mutual support.
Gauged the level of security threat posed to LUMS during the times of attacks on educational institutions and recommended crucial developments to be undertaken immediately.
Organized the Annual recognition ceremony for Lums Student Council and revived the spirit of student empowerment through recognizing the efforts of Outgoing Lums Student Council.
