- Follow up with Brand, Supply chain and Finance for planning and execution of Trade plan for channel, also follow up with sales team for channel plan for product launching
- Assuring to have full distribution of the product in every Outlet Nationwide
- Developing Shopper Marketing Strategies aligned with the Brand team regarding shopper buying behavior, activation plan, and promotion plan.
- Improving trade marketing plan in line with sale and marketing projects.
- Understanding consumer and shopper buying behavior
- Vendor Management for the Marketing display of Gadgets and POSM and ensure to timely available at the outlet. Also make sure that the any repair and Maintenance work for gadget promising to be done timely.
- Planning promotion by maintain the Trade marketing Calendar and also Measure Out of Stock, volume split, market share, promotion evaluation
 Setup the criteria of Tester and OOS and maintain the sheet of individual category of outlet and taking update from BA about the stock on weekly basis, setting the criteria of OOS minimum 5 SKUs of each category will be consider the Out of Stock.
 BA Management Nationwide their process from hiring training and firing, Sales pitch, consumer engagement and follow up on Merchandizing Assets.
 Uplifting the retail outlet’s Branding and customer experience nationwide especially KLI to create consistent brand imagery.
 Successful Marketing Campaign and Workshop on Salons and other area Nationwide with the correspondence and expert beautician of Depilex salon
 Close working with E-commerce and Digital team for Consumer promotion and artwork design for new bundle package.
