Created and prepared Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and
Invitation to Bid (ITB), Commercial Bid Analysis, Purchase Orders, Letter of Intents,
monthly Purchase Order Plan, Payment Plan and cost estimations

based on assessments of response to specifications, costs, inspection of facilities, and
historical performance and risk analysis.
 Participated in meetings between suppliers, engineers, and purchasing representatives

procurement of parts/equipment.
 Reviewed proposals and quotes with project/operation staff to determine awards
 Assisted project/operations teams with material cost estimating for projects and
proposals.
 Reviewed project specifications and vendor quotations to ensure equipment/material
supplied meet with project requirements.
 Assisted with writing logistics and transportation scopes of work for supply chains
 Analyzed technical data, designed, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations,
supplier facilities, and parts/equipment availability
 Conducted clarification meetings with vendors for technical and commercial matters
 Conducted Bid Evaluations, recommended source selections, conducted negotiations for
purchase and issued purchase orders
 Administered purchase orders including order status and change order processing
 Performed the setup of new vendors for sourcing and vendor performance appraisal
 Ensured that the technical and quality requirements are established for the acquisition
of parts, materials, and services based on their end use and system functional
requirements.
 Ensured order correctness and review of invoices
 Verified that vendors are approved to supply quality related items by using the ADNOC
Approved Vendor List and By ICV certification
 Sourced for suppliers for Project Requirements likes pipes, pumps, filter membranes,
chemical dosing pumps, professional services, workshops, chemicals, fasteners, shipping
and storage
 Negotiated and issued purchase orders, terms and conditions as per the company's
policy.
 Secured long term supplies at fixed prices and reliable availability
 Controlled the flow of payments to suppliers in relation with project progress
 Produced weekly update reports/log sheet to project manager and accounting
department
 Appointing Third Party Inspection, Expediting and Clearing and Forwarding Agencies
Procurement of Engineered equipment’s & materials including spare materials
 Internal Auditing for ISO 9001:2000 & 14001:2004 Systems
