*Responsible for the clients' needs and wants at the beginning of the stage and continuously monitors and coordinates with other construction professionals to safely implement various Architectural site works.
*Responsible for conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, preparation of tender documents, project specification, technical specification, and site inspections.
*Responsible in checking project production for resources and deliverables.
*Project team leader and conducts coordination meetings with clients, consultants, engineers, sub-contractors and project team.
*Ensures project documents are aligned with the national codes, building systems, sustainability guidelines, and techniques.
*Coordinating and supervising Architectural Technicians and Drafters, particularly Architectural planning, making sure to achieve the high-quality design and liaising with consultants and subcontractors.
*Prepares construction and architectural drawings for sign and seal needed to secure local building permits from the authorities.
*Works with the Project Manager in overall construction works.
*Provides management oversight for all phases of the project, submission of subcontractors and suppliers shop drawings and material catalogs, including coordinating with installers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule, and within budget.
*Reviews and monitors all the equipment, machines, and tools used in the project.
*Prepares and submits necessary reports and documents required by the Client and management supported with on-site meetings.
*Assigned for site inspections and feasibility study.
*Designs and develops architectural, interior design, and planning services; floor plans, as-built drawings, 3D modeling, and digital rendering.
*Prepares a complete set of working drawings, specifications, and construction documents following AU QA Standards.
*Prepares estimates with the client's budget and contract documents.
*Reports to Head of Department for the design, planning adjustments and issues, site changes and progress.
*Prepares BOQ and BOM as per approved design.
*Architect in charge of technical drawings for site works.
*Officer-in-charge of project monitoring for production and accomplishments in cooperation with site in-charged.
*Updates weekly reports to management, project consultants, and clients.
*Attends regular management meetings to address all concerns and report accomplishments at the actual site project.
*Closely monitors and ensures the safety of all aspects at site premises: workers, types of equipment, and machinery. (Adherance to safety regulations and standards being implemented on site.)
*Monitoring of workers’ dissemination for their respective areas.
*Coordinate with M&E and RTOs to resolve related problems and issues on site.
*Prepares architectural design and drawings.
*Signs and seals approved architectural drawings
*Prepares contract documents, and specifications, writing bills of materials.
*Supervise the preparation of the probable construction site.
*Prepares documents for building permits and aid clients’ needs in documentation and applications for permits.
*Prepares and submits weekly accomplishment reports to the client.
*Conducts coordination meetings.
*Attend to customers' needs and inquiries on products of construction and the availability of supplies.
*Prepares design and drawings for bidding purposes, for clients’ approval, and as-built plans, ensuring that all local and international design standards are being considered and recognized according to project compatibility.
*Attends job walk for bidding projects as one of the company's representatives.
*Regular monthly safety meetings with all employees, full-time as well as contract and casual.
*Inspect and monitors project accomplishments at the site.
*Ensure that all equipment has adequate space for operating as well as maintenance.
*Prepares and submits accomplishment report.
*Coordinate with sub-contractors through meetings concerning project status and monitor them to ensure guidelines are maintained.
*Prepares detailed drawings from CAD to CAM.

*Multi -task on distinguishing level of drawings before distributing to CAD personnel.
*Assigned to QC and QA data before sending to the production area.

I had the opportunity to uncover and discover a fresh and open plan opportunity to develop a more dynamic city that had a big influence on my wanting to study Architecture. I always believe that Architecture brings out an authentic and unique character of a person, I always make sure that my designs and structures to build can adapt to the natural environment.
