Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation.
• Ensure that the display in all boutiques around the UAE is up to Patchi
standard.
• Perform training sessions
• Transfer the gift items between the boutiques depending on the sales history
and expectation.
• Innovate and implement seasonal merchandising presentations.
• Change the window display according to the season/occasion.
• Enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters and in-
boutiques displays.
• Ensure that each boutique has its identity.
• Communicate with the head quarter in Lebanon to get the latest product
information and updates.
• Distribute the new arrivals of gift items to the boutiques as per their categories.
• Dealing with different printing houses to ensure getting the best quality along
with the best price.
• Attend to customers whenever necessary at Patchi boutiques to ensure proper
customer service delivery.
Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints.
• Making sure the shop floor runs smoothly
• Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
• Making sure that staff are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent
customer care standards are met.
• Interviewing and recruiting new staff.
• Supervising the trainee for managerial position.
• Delegating responsibilities to staff according to their qualifications.
