• Regularly conduct an inventory of data available from dierent sources across Jordan, focusing
on humanitarian issues, including the number and locations of refuges, IDPs, host communities,
total number of aected population, access to basic services, specifc sectoral needs, and other
issues that would guide Child Protection humanitarian response led by UNICEF:
Inventory of relevant common Sector data sets, including population data dis aggregated by age
and sex.
Weekly verication of data compiled by partners in Activity Info in order to ensure its consistency
Identify secondary data and information resources prior to deployment for rapid onset emergency
response as appropriate
Collect, store and manage relevant reference and situational datasets including GIS data
• Ensure that timely information on CP programs progress and results is available by compiling,
organizing, analysing and preparing data for reports, program planning, monitoring and
evaluation as needed. Prepare tables, graphs and other statistical data accordingly.
• Coordination with the Sector Coordinators, respond to the information/data needs of the
sector:
Provide IM services to Sectors for key decision making.
Participate in sector coordination meetings and Working Groups
Support the monthly (4Ws) analysis exercise of Sector.
Develop simple and eective methods to share information in an appropriate way.
• Provide support to improved information management systems in the Oce by ensuring
adequate frequency update, access and standardization of information:
Maintain the tools in place to provide appropriate IM support for Coordination, Needs Assessment
Systems and Monitoring Systems.
Support in the analysis of processed data and information, and perform data quality and
consistency control.
• Produce maps, graphics and other supporting documentation for reporting and analysis:

• Liaise with other information managers to build information management relationships for gathering reliable
data and using data collection tools at the eld level.
• Assist in the development of an Information Management project based on accepted international standards.

evaluation systems.
• Where appropriate, represent the project team with partners, and participate in local community activities.
• Follow the branding regulations required for marking, or branding, of all the products and correspondence.
