Manage software development projects and teams in education sector; Student Information System for higher education and KG-12.
-Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
-Mentor, motivate and supervise project's team members.
-Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other
stakeholders
- Define client needs, business requirements. Develop fit cap analysis document.
-Define scope and deliverable that support business requirements in
collaboration with management and stakeholders.
-Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
-Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the
appropriate recruitment if necessary during project cycle.
-Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate project team member

. SIS (Student Information System): Web application under .Net 3.5:
- Manage University processes Ex. Student Application, Admission, Course Catalog, Course offering, Course Pre-Registration and Registration, Contract Sheet, Transcripts and many other University processes.
Responsibilities: Team leader, Business and Database analysis, Development.
• Universi tools: Web application under .Net 2.0, it includes 4 modules:
- CRN scheduler: generate schedules for course sections.
- Class Room Scheduler: Assign course sections to rooms taking into account course time, course requirement, course capacity/room capacity etc.
- Exam Schedule: generate Mid or Final exam schedule, taking into account student course registration, maximum number of student per exam session etc.
- Common time Locator: help the instructor/admin to find common free time for students of a course and suggest available rooms during this time.
Responsibilities: Team leader, Business and Database analysis, and writing Algorithms for all above modules

• Skoolee Tools: Asp .Net application for schools management. The application includes modules like:
- Administration Module:
- Mange school general structure.
- Human Resources: Manage students, parents, guardians, staff s
- Other sections like Communication and Alerts, Student Registration,
Library Management, and Security and profiles management.
- Scheduling Module:
- Automatic scheduling of class section courses by teacher.
- Teacher Module:
- Assignments: Daily or weekly, creating online exams.
- Student Performance: Exams and assignment grades, attendance,
conduct
- Other modules like Principal and Director, Student and Parent.

• Item Life Cycle: C# .Net windows application for Manufacturing. The application includes modules such as:
- Development Log: Controlling, tracking and managing items during
their sample design.
- Cost Breakdown: Controlling labor breakdown cost, material cost,
packaging and supply cost, factory cost and other costs.
- Costing Center: “Price Request” section mange customers’ price
requests. “Worksheet” section used by production to give best price.

• Retail Suite: Asp .Net application for retail business decision makers. The application includes modules such as Promotion, Pricing, Deal and Price Execution Management. (More details and explanations are upon request).
