Position Summary :
Managing and coordinating large and/or complex projects through all phases of design, permitting and construction. Providing leadership for site project management function by managing, coordinating, and developing staff and third party project managers. Overseeing Sales performance and Contracts acquisition/implementation ensuring project to be within the parameters of the contract. Operating with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative. Regularly meet with senior management and with other top executives. Work cooperatively with client representatives and other service providers.
• Duties :
- Ensuring assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
- Managing program of projects and project managers to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.
- Preparing detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorization.

- Ensuring signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness interpretation to support implementation.
- Monitoring the contractors progress and performance to ensure goods and services conform to the contract requirements.
