-Architect networks for new services, identify areas of improvement,
and develop/implement acceptance testing plans
-Performing simulation study for lock layer from network (e.g lock
2G, , lock U2100, …): Main drivers, Challenges and Remedies,
business case, ..
-Dimensions and forecasts Voice, and Data Services for different
technologies based on marketing input

- Participating in tenders (for the selections of: Propagation model,
Planning tool, and repeaters/boosters) by putting the needed
technical specs and performing technical evaluation for the

- Having deep knowledge in Tuning Propagation model for different
areas
- Performed the study for upgrading existing sites/repeater (swap
from micro to macro, Sectorization, ..)
- Taking necessary actions for solving degradation and implementing
the needed change using XML file and provisioning on the network
- Maintains the network KPIs by identifying the reason of degradation
and effectively troubleshooting problematic cells.
- Prepares periodic reports concerning network quality (2G &3G).
- Monitors on daily basis the network quality through KPIs generation
- Proposes indicators for the continuous analysis and follows-up on
radio voice and data quality of service, generates proper alarms
and recommends solutions when needed
- Follows-up and ensures the existence of sufficient capacity in the
radio network.
