Achievements:
• Led several projects from planning to acquisition of new IT infrastructure (Hardware and Software) which improved the availability, reliability, interoperability, and performance of the network and systems which provided better business operations and users’ satisfaction.
• Responsible of setting the minimum standards, specs, and the requirement of the hardware (Server, Network, Security Devices, and peripherals).
• Manage and monitor the network infrastructure. Configure network (L2/L3) and apply proper security configuration based on Cisco best practices.
Responsible for:
• Installations, Operations, Troubleshooting, Updates and Backups for All OS systems ( Linux, Windows Xp 7, 8, 10) & Servers OS systems (Microsoft Server 2003, 2008 R2, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS).
• Administration of Central IP Telephony System, CCTV Surveillance System, RFID authentication cards, Fire Control system, Printers, Scanners, and Photocopiers.
• Managing of Antivirus Security Center & Firewall (ACL, VPN, and NAT/PAT).
• Coordinating with Vendors to schedule repairs, maintenance and periodic check-ups.
• Assisting in IT projects, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, testing new applications, negotiating contracts, Evaluating & analyzing Vendors Bids.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wired and wireless networks infrastructure.
• Assessing and evaluating the crisis and disasters situations and extent of damage, and cooperate with local authorities to offer the required help and evaluating the extent of the damage.
