1 Develop Annual Operating Plan for production lines.
2 Leads problem solving activities for production lines.
3 Consult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems which are affecting productivity and take corrective action.
4 Coach and build capabilities of line managers to achieve objectives.
5 Review processing schedules with planning department to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, work procedures, budgetary limitations and time constraints.
6 Reporting to top management the weekly analysis for production line results.
7 Review and analyze production and downtime reports.
8 Lead the implementation of national and local initiatives for the production area (product packaging, new technology…)
9 Utilize visual factory concepts to control and organize work.
10 Develop staffing and skill building plans for the production area that directly links to delivering yearly AOP. Work closely with HR for effective implementation.
11 Conduct performance appraisal for the line managers and ensure it is done for the rest of the production area.
12 Coordinate with quality department to assure the quality of the products as per PepsiCo international standards.
o Directly leading a team exceeding 70 employees, while indirectly managing a group of 50 employees operating the production lines
o Leading the KPI’s of all different production line that vary in the nature of processing (PET, Glass & cans).
o Striking successes in increasing productivity, reducing cost and achieving business targets.
o Optimizing the Headcount of employees, increasing the utilization per performer and allocating new methods of training and development
o Monitoring work activities to evaluate the performance of the production lines.
o Coordinating with maintenance department for improving the performance of the production line machines.
o Coordinating with quality department to assure the quality of the products as per PepsiCo international standards.
o Responsible for applying AIB international requirements on the production line.
o Responsible for monthly production inventory.
o Reporting to the higher management weekly analysis for production line results.
New line Commissioning and training for the employees about the production processes.
