1)Testing the application which is able to reduce the transaction time for Cheque transaction and help bank user to process the same within 2 days
2)Publishing DSR to all the stakeholder involved in the project
3) Coordination with OEM team for bug fix delivery
1)Performing testing on banking application which allow customer to do bulk upload for transaction
2)Help to analyze production issue and simulate the same in UAT environment
3)Assisting support team and providing product walk through for newly released product
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorized desktop applications
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
• Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels
• When the restoration is beyond the scope of the computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment the Desktop Support Administrator will escalate the issue/problem to proper tier 3 support team member
As a part of Internship I was provided weekly assignment for developing a website which could be referred by different institute all over India.
At the at end of which i was rewarded with an Internship certificate by Comany
