- Managing and developing sales operations in UAE - Retail
- Maintaining existed accounts and managing them
- Building a pricing strategy
- Planning sales operations and identifying potentials in Retail, Corporate & trade markets
- Developing the market in GCC - LEVANT
- Building a team of salesmen who will be handling each assigned area in each city
- Building an initiating Business Strategy including strategizing pricing
- Surveying the possible business locations in the UAE and identifying potentials
- Building an internal business & company procedure and managing staff
- Training all staff on roles they will be playing within Imovation
- Engaging with B & C retailers and all kind of Trading & Business Groups in order to launch business with them
- Managing & planning distribution activities
Retail Management:
- Visiting assigned key accounts purchasers on a regular basis and sharing knowledge of products so as to influence buying and to obtain forecasts and market information
- Ensure weekly SO and SOH Reports
- Setting monthly targets to key accounts to achieve the progressive discounts if any on case to case basis
- Exchange information regarding updates on the promotional schemes from Brightpoint and the competition
- Assist retailers to solve common problems i.e. replacements, service complaints, sales returns as per the policies and procedures set by the vendor
- Expand product range with retailers and update them about existing / new products. Continuously motivate them by offering promotions / schemes in consultation with the marketing department
- Prepare weekly SR to include visits to customers, opportunities discussed etc
- Prepare MAP per retailer mentioning monthly achievements and proposed plan for upcoming month or any major event including: GITEX, DSF, DSS
Secure Sales Monthly & Annual Targets to each assigned client
- Expanding Clients on Board
Field Management:
- Maintaining PR with key store managers in order to achieve the support to enhance brand visibility at stores and to motivate the promoters / counter sales person to increase the SO
- Identifying in-store branding opportunities
- Survey market and prepare Price/Activities Comparison Sheet for the competitive brands on a monthly basis. If need be can ask the promoters at the counters to provide inputs
- Interacting with promoters on a daily basis to motivate them and ensure stock availability, brand visibility etc at their respective counters
Inter Office Co-ordination:
- Interact with finance department for credit status per customer on regular basis in order to plan orders in terms of credit limit assigned for a respective retailer
- Monitoring Sales / Credit worthiness of retailers on regular basis and informing the concerned departments
