Key Responsibilities Area:
Estimation & Pricing.
Floating enquiries for suppliers and sub-contractors and follow up. Detail analysis of quotations received
from suppliers and sub-contractors as per client requirements and specifications.
Preparing comparison of prices received from market, estimating Manpower required, Complete pricing
and assisting senior management for finalising offer up to the submission of technical and commercial offers
to client.
Managing the bidding process from floating of bids to awarding of contracts; coordinating with suppliers
regarding negotiations for High Rise Buildings, Villas, Landscapes, Hospitals etc.
Coordinating with External Agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparing tender / contract
documents, cost estimates.
Ensuring execution of various commercial activities related to tendering process within set time, quality,
terms and conditions.
Tracking all the abnormal costs / wastage, preparing comparative statements, attending tender meetings
and site visits.
Preparing BOQ for submission.
Co-ordinating with technical and planning team for submission of technical offer.
Drafting scope clarifications and PTC responses.
Key Deliverables
Detail study of Tender Documents.
Leading a team of quantity Surveyors for quantity Take-ff works.
Co-ordinating with other trades such as MEP etc, preparing costing sheet, linking quantities to costing sheet
etc.
Raising queries “RFI” with Clients for any discrepancies in Design & Specifications.
Floating enquiries & analysis of quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors.
Pricing and preparing a complete dry cost except preliminaries.
Preparing submission BOQ and other tender documents.
Notable Credits:
Worked on major Job-in-Hand projects such as “Burjeel medical city”(700 million), “IPIC Head
Quarter” (800 million), “Leaf Tower” (900 million), Wafra development building (250 million),
Noor Al-ahli hospital (150 million), Police officer’s villa, FGB building, Lotus tower, Musanada schools,
ADNIC building, Al-Ain airport, Abu Dhabi trade centre, Saraya buildings, NMC hospital, Sheikh Zayed
mosque, SKMC, Four season hotel, Aldar villas, Damac marina bay and many other more than 200 tender
projects.
Submitting the claims to clients for bill payments, negotiating with client and sub-contractor.
Planning the execution of work as per approved plans, drawings and contract specifications.
Monitoring various site activities / work proceeds.
Deftly coordinated between client representative and local authorities to complete the multi-disciplinary
projects (Civil, Infrastructure, Electrical.) in Tanuma, KSA.
