Build forecast process to support the demand planning responsibility
Managing the inventory availability at high efficiency level
The issuance of purchase order and the implementation of specific quantities of suppliers as identified through the planning application
Follow-up to the arrival of purchase orders by the length of time required and the specific quantities
Discuss and follow up the arrival of defective or unacceptable from supplier, users and other to determine the cause of the problem and take corrective and preventive action
Ensure the compliance with the requirement of the supplier

Determine method of shipment and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
Check import/export documentation to determine cargo contents, and classify goods into different fee or tariff groups, using a tariff coding system.
Estimate freight or postal rates and record shipment costs and weights.
Negotiate and arrange transport of goods with shipping or freight companies.
Retrieve stored items and trace lost shipments as necessary.
Direct delivery trucks to shipping doors or designated marshaling areas and help load and unload goods safely.
Notify consignees, passengers, or customers of the arrival of vessel or baggage, and arrange for delivery.
Keep records of all goods shipped, received, and stored.
Advise clients on transportation and payment methods.
Direct or participate in cargo loading to ensure completeness of load and even distribution of weight

4. Create scripts to treat with customers to the drivers and scheduling issue .
