• Develop and maintain Elise Cloud Services (ECSs), an enterprise suite of microservices, utilizing
both .NET 8 and .NET 10 within an Agile (Scrum) workflow.
• Build maintainable APIs applying Clean Architecture and Railway-Oriented Programming
(via C# Functional Extensions) to ensure predictable control flow and robust error handling through
the Result pattern.
• Implement backend infrastructure using MongoDB and RabbitMQ, and manage cloud deploy
ments across Azure Cloud Services utilizing Kubernetes and Helm.
• Built a dynamic, MCP-compatible prompt management system leveraging Semantic Kernel and
LLMs. Integrated Handlebars to enable reusable prompt templates and complex function calling.

• Designed and implemented the complete architecture for OCRify, a containerized AI document
digitization platform built with .NET 8, FastAPI, and Vue.js.
• Built an asynchronous processing pipeline using Hangfire and Mistral OCR, achieving a Char
acter Error Rate (CER) of 0.09 for initial text extraction.
• Integrated the OpenAI API and local LLMs (Llama 3.2, Command-R7b via Ollama and LM
Studio) to create a two-stage error detection and correction workflow.
• Configured a multi-container environment using Docker Compose, utilizing isolated networks,
persistent database volumes, and an Nginx reverse proxy.

• Containerized a baseline testing application using Docker and deployed it to Microsoft Azure
to establish a scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Designed an automated CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions to handle unit testing, builds,
and continuous cloud deployments.

• Developed a responsive WordPress equipment rental platform, streamlining the online booking
experience.
