Design and develop mechanical systems for construction projects including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
Evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and technology for use in mechanical systems.
Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of construction projects and identify potential Problems or issues.
Prepare detailed construction documents, including schematics, Specifications, and shop drawings for mechanical systems.
Developing shop drawings, including details on materials and dimensions.
Conducting calculations to determine the external static pressure of all air systems.
Determining the required head for pumps systems.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets and provide
regular progress to clients.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other
team members.
Communicate and coordinate with other disciplines, including
architects, electrical engineers, and structural engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into overall construction project.
Ensure that all work complies with applicable codes and standards.
Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions as needed to resolve
construction issues.
Developing and maintaining accurate, up to date records of all
mechanical systems including as-built drawings
Design, Coordinate and Direct HVAC, Plumbing and Fire protection Projects.
In consultation with clients and management, prepare project specifications and develops detailed plans and recommendations to accomplish goals.
Responsible of company training program in mechanical fields.
Direct and review designs created with energy modeling software’s, in strict accordance with industry standards and functional requirements.
Coordinate work responsibilities and scheduling within the project team and provide technical support to the team.
Coordinate issues with project stakeholders.
Provide Quality control and performs administrative functions including the preparation of technical reports as needed.
Assist Principals in preparing additional services Requests.
Supervise Mechanical, Plumbing designers and CAD Operators
Develop conceptual engineering designs For Commercial, Residential, industrial, Government and military projects.
Attend project design coordination meetings with architects,
Engineers, and contractors.
Coordinate with government reviewing agencies such as Department of Civil Defense for design related issues that may arise during projects Permit application process.
Review Installation shop drawings and project product submittals Respond to contractor’s request of information (RFI).
Review Requests of change orders.
Review contractor application for payment.
Provide services during construction.
Responsible of the mechanical department training and research
programs.
«Diplôme Génie Mécanique» 2005-2010 (Bac+5) Equivalent to Master Degree
