Create, review and update ADPORTS performance management system & provide support to line-managers
• Undertake human resource projects which contribute to the building of the company’s human resources
• Assist with Employment Relations queries & projects, including dispute resolution & disciplinary investigations
• Assists with developing, coordinating & recommending changes for the improvement of workflow
• Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
• Provide expert advice on a range of human resource queries & opportunities arising from within
the organization, in accordance with organizational policy and legislative requirements
• Provide expert advice and direction on Labor and employment law
• Quality assurance on the entire process of annual appraisal cycle, assessing appraises based on inputs
received & communicating results of appraisal to interested parties
• Liaise with Training Department in terms of training & development need analysis
• Act as the performance management process advocate
• Coach performance department team and HR Business Partners on performance management
• Maintain & record the appraisal data & support all related issues to performance appraisal in the organization
• Provide timely reports to top management on achievements, challenges & problems encountered
during the implementation of performance process
• Design, Conduct & Manage annual Employee Satisfaction surveys, analyse results & submit reports
to Top Management with recommendations for improvements
• Develop & manage all Bonus scenarios & approvals documentation for Executive committee,
Remuneration Committee, Board members and Executive Council
• Provide timely Consolidated reports to Executive Council regarding Corporate Performace Results,
Individual Performance & Bonus approvals documentation
• Manage all Bonus calculations & documentations upon GESEC Approvals & share all details with them
• Ensure alignment of corporate & unit balanced score card with 1000+ individual objectives & kpis

Develop & manage the performance management cycle including tools, processes, formats & policies
• Design reward systems such as pay-for-performance plans
• Develop recommendations for bonus pool budgets & determines the financial impact of bonus plans
• Ensure preparations of detailed job descriptions & defining job levels in partnership with other managers
• Align individual & corporate objectives & clarify desired performance in terms of skills to be acquired
• Manage the regular update of all UAE Labor laws.
• Manage HR Administration team to ensure all employee records & relevant systems are updated &
all employee pay related data is communicated to the payroll department.
Manage the induction of new hires & day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin. Division
