Work on Procedures of the health insurance for employees.
Responsible of Staff leave & Balances.
Responsible of administrative decisions.
Work on Procedures of education allowance.
Work on implementing data bases until the oracle system used in the council ( employee information, following up the requests ).
Create the HR Forms.
- Talent Development & Emiratization:
Coordinate training courses with Institutes.
Working on the training plan.
Implementing a database for training providers in Abu Dhabi
