➢ Currently working in Qatar Airways as a Senior Sales Support.
➢ Trade support desk for Groups, FFP Queries, Premium confirmations, waiver requests, pricing issues and complaints.
➢ Initiate and promote QR product to generate the revenue.
➢ Provide Commercial manager and sales force with necessary reports.
➢ Handle inquires problems encountered by the corporate & agents and liaise with the relevant department at head office, if required.
➢ Contributes to the delivery of Qatar Airways vision, aims and objectives to promote communicate the departmental strategy to all of the team, and provide advice and assistance.
