Provide logistic support to the Global Talent Recruitment team in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East
Manage recruitment events in Saudi
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures and align to HR strategic plan
Introduce National Guard Health Affairs regulations and procedures to new employees.
Conduct regular informative induction for new employees.
Organize and coordinate regular welcoming events for employees.
Obtain, analyze and report employee satisfaction via regular surveys.
Prepare, analyze and report quarterly evaluations
Update the institute website with the Institution news and announcements.
Marketing for courses and seminars and promoting trainees to reputable banks and investment companies.
Coordinating the communication between number of universities in UK, Australia and New Zeeland and their students in Saudi Arabia
Prepare and supervise Cambridge Examinations (conduct exams, marketing, dispatching and correspondences)

Reading is a very dear hobby to my heart so I decided to discover the treasures of both English and American Literature. The most common way of assessing students is essays writing in addition to Drama performances and group seminars. Our classes encouraged teamwork and developed our personal interaction on a professional level. My studies also covered areas of European philosophies and criticism.
