Responsibilities are and not limited to
Developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies.
Managing existing client relationships and developing new ones.
Leading interior design efforts that include programming client needs, conceptual
design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction
documentation
Advising on the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics,
equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting
Supervising the generation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections
needed for construction
Providing design support and documentation during the completion and execution of
design concepts
Working with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and
fabricators
Mentoring and provide creative direction to interior design teams
Acting as the primary interior design interface with clients and consultants
Collaborating with team members and colleagues
Participating in business development and marketing efforts
Determining the client’s goals and requirements for the project
Creating a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
Working as a CEO. and project manager, leading a team of specialists in design and technical
tasks, in affiliation with locally based firms \[Aura - EEGMA - SEGMAN - Inertia - Dar Shah\] and
international firms \[Vantage Ethiopia- Al Reyada Libya - i-lines KSA - SLE global Netherlands -
Al-Raed KSA\] among others.
Responsibilities are and not limited to
Overseeing projects from the planning through design phases, construction, and
installation.
Managing all financials such as budgeting, invoicing, purchasing, and proposals
Overseeing company operations and employee productivity
Determine and define the project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective
and efficient manner
Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
Manage the design process for an entire project consistent with the project’s program,
budget, and time constraints.
Technical team leading.
Client acquisition and follow-up with leads.
Create design program and necessary studies to start the conceptual design phase.
Participating and following up on the project from conceptual phase till finalization.
Create 3D presentation using different computer software.
Preparing tender documents.
Co-ordinate with technical specialists.
Contracting works. (Finishing and Interior Fit out).

• Fifth Square: Compound in Egypt (architectural design, modeling and visualization)
• SRTA City: Scientific facility in Egypt (architectural design, modeling and visualization)
• QIIB bank: Qatar (architectural design, modeling and visualization)
• Doha Library : Qatar (architectural design, modeling and visualization)
• Worked on over 60 projects different in scale and nature.

Team leading, and Providing technical support for my team
• Create design program and necessary studies to start the conceptual design phase

• Al Mona Ajyad hotel: Hotel Ksa (architectural redesign, modeling and visualization)
• Meftuh Tower: office building in Ethiopia (design modification, modeling and
visualization)
• Medipoint (Mena Plaza): Medical compound in Egypt (redesigning the new buildings,
modeling and visualization for the whole complex)
• Mr. Ermiyas Educational center and school: in Ethiopia (architectural design, modeling
and visualization)
• Manzely : furniture show rooms brand in Egypt, multiple stores (design development,
modeling and visualization)
