Working as a Planning Assistant with Events Raghad Party Balloons. • Attract new clients and maintain pre-existing clients
through excellent word of mouth advertising and feedback.
• Consultation with clients for the perfect event decoration.
• Ensure decoration is up to clients liking.
• Ensuring all details are taken into consideration in the planning
phase, including the cost and safety.
• Making sure everything is ready on time. • Organizing the samples and previews.
Was responsible for the finance department where I possessed a direct contact with the customers regarding what services they were interested in; i.e. cotton candy, popcorn, slush, ice cream machineries, balloon decorations, face painting and hiring a clown, including the cost they are required to pay for the service. I always had everything noted down, in order to calculate the amount of profit earned on each day. This provided me the guidance of how to deal with profit and loss.
Face painter
- Creating themed artwork on the face with makeup.
- Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.
- Responsible for all aspects of creativity with children’s face
painting.
Tutored a total of 10 pre-school students. We were responsible for
teaching them according to their level of understanding. \{I.e. letters,
their sounds and objects that start with those letters, counting and
identifying numbers, the four seasons, the five senses and so on.\} Other
than that, we had sensory/sand play and physical development
activities prepared for them on all occasions. Therefore, we were
involved in a variety of differentiated activities which always ensured a
learning friendly environment.
