A Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees.
Human Resources Managers set the tone for the entire human resources department. From employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the HR department helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly.

• Worked in the Building, Energy and Power departments preparing technical and commercial offers/documents for tendering. Signed cash vouchers for tenders, advance payments and settled the same with Finance.
• Generated and shared weekly reports with the Finance team on valid orders, Letters of Guarantee, and salesperson name. Presented reports with codes for all expenses to Finance to obtain a new advance.
• Carefully monitored and distributed incoming/outgoing correspondences and interacted with various parties on behalf of the leadership team.
• Utilized the SAP system for purchase orders and reported monthly orders accordingly. Checked the total amount of orders in 12C report comparing it with the SAP report.
• Registered new inquiries as per client in 12C and shared the same information with sales personnel.
• Gathered information for monthly forecast reports to the leadership with details of objective, and sales team targets.
• Liaised and tactically negotiated with various Suppliers for stationery products required for the sales department.
• Developed and nurtured cordial relationships with the Travel section for arranging lunch and dinner reservations for clients.
