●Develop new systems tailored to users requirements

I'm also responsible for the development (along with my colleagues) of our Intranet Portal Web Application; through which staff are able to view their salary sheets, leaves, desk phone/mobile bills, vehicle repair requests, and many other miscellaneous services as well.
