• Covering and responsible for 15 stores in sales and operation within Riyadh region
• Leads a team of sales people which can include the Sales Manager. This entails many different tasks, including training sales employees, holding regular conference calls, , coaching, motivating and supporting the sales team, and ensuring that employees are achieving their sales goals.
• Maintaining competitor awareness
• Contributing to the regional plan
• Managing customer retention
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and services
• Representing the brand and its values at all times, promoting the brand image and maintaining brand standards as guided by the brand management team.
• In Mall Manager role responsible for effectively supporting and empowering mall sales teams to develop into sales leaders and achieve their sales targets through training and coaching, as well as providing structured framework to track sales progress and conversion rates.
• Managing staff rota to make sure no disturbance in the business
• Training, development & coaching of Stores Managers on selling & trading techniques, plus the management of store managers within their mall.
• Attend morning briefs, participate & coach the store Managers where appropriate
• Visit underperforming stores to find out the reason for underperformance & agree an action plan to correct performance as soon as possible
• Driving sales plans and targets across the sales team, successfully meeting sales targets two years in a row, average success percentage 105%.
• Strongly drove Mall KPI’s to achieve sales target and building customer base with in our mall
• Set up new users with IT equipment and software
• Responsible for training student on visual basic programming and Network connectivity
• Coordinate and resolve user laptop network and computer issues
• Create process and workflow documentation
• Experience with various computer operating systems (e.g., Microsoft Windows versions 7 to present version), office-related applications (e.g., Outlook/Exchange 2010-2014; Lync; Skype for Business, internet browsers; ActiveSync; etc.), and other communications programs.
