• Malls Manager Representative.
• Responsible for West of Abu Fatierah (Aswaq Al Qurain), leading Team across this geography to ensure better process around site identification, management of portfolio and generating savings through strategic planning as opposed to reactive measures (2017-Present).
• Projects Manager (for example The Gate Mall - The Lake - Divonne - Al Tijaria Tower - Symphony Style Hotel - Al Mekhiyal Mall - The Village - Over than 45 Plots in West of Abou Fatierah (Aswaq Qurain) - The Walk Mall - Al Remal Mall - Al Fajr Mall (Hawally) - Hawally Tower in Tunis St. “still under construction” working with Owner, etc..).
• Leasing plan creation, issue of offers.
• Maintain and update customer databases (for example, The Gate Mall).
• Creation of tenancy contracts, gaining sign-off and negotiating renewal.
• Reviewed, maintained and administered lease contracts and provided first-class and timely service to tenants.
• Listened respectfully to tenant complaints, promptly made improvements or recorded suggestions when appropriate, reducing tenant turnover.
• Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units.
• Follow up on leads for potential renters.
• Prepare leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations.
• Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees.
• New stores development (Retail - F&B).
• Leasing, Marketing & PR Coordinator for Boulevard Mall (Salmiya Park) (2006-2015).
• Prepare Projects plans based on owner’s vision.
• Assist in production of brochures for Marketing, or other promotional materials.
• Managing the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, write articles and e-newsletters.
• Working close with the graphic designer to deliver the best content for social media and marketing printing.
• Support the marketing team in implementing tactical events and programs.
• Supports the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials.
• Participation in the preparation of the Gate Mall festivals 2015 & 2019, follow-up of collection and participating stores in the festival.
• Market research survey preparing reports.
• Market & feasibility studies for Projects, multi-propose halls (Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa - The Palms Beach Hotel & Spa - Boulevard Mall) etc...
• Prepare specialist reports (for example, Gold Market, Central Markets for non-food, etc..).
• Prepare weekly, monthly, yearly reports for Malls Owners.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor.
• Act as a liaison between the Department and facility management and maintenance teams.
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as directed by Director of Leasing.
• Coordinate tracking updates, corporate mailings and direct mail.
• Setting up and maintaining confidential, sensitive files and records for multiple functions to ensure the efficient retrieval of information.
• Researching information and data.
• Maintaining department records and filing system.
• Opening and screening mail and responding to correspondence and inquiries on behalf of senior or executive manager.
• Receiving and screening telephone calls and visitors.
• Conduct research and collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules and travel arrangements.
• Act as a liaison with internal staff at all levels.
• Supervise, coach and train lower-level staff.
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practice and procedures.
• Generate and track purchase orders and invoices.
