-Own scheduling and calendars of the management.
- Handle all the office’s administrative tasks: filing, organizing, achieving all necessary
documents, handling queries and emails, and maintaining diaries.
- Issue invoices, statements of account and receipts; and follow up on payments due from
clients.

- Summarize four newspapers on daily basis regarding Economical and Finance Articles.
- Handle office supplies (flowers, stationary, etc.).
- Perform required arrangements for the Monthly BKSC Board Meetings.
- Handle all tasks related to teachers and their yearly academic schedule.
- Prepare official exams for students.
- Meet parents and discuss regularly their children performance.
- Handle official files of students and their grades.
- Arrange the daily attendance program of teachers.
- Manage all events through the year ex: Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.
- Supervise teacher's academic performance.
- Prepare and follow up teachers’ yearly academic schedule.
- Responsible for recruitment of teachers and other administrative staff.
- Evaluate teachers’ yearly performance.
- Develop teaching methods to meet the standardized curricula.
-Manage administrative work related to the Central Sales Department Manager.
- Prepare several reports (i.e. Lead Report, Daily Staff Visits & Calls Report, Allowance &
Transportation Report, CEM Report, Absence Report).
- Follow‐up on customer comments/complaints with Management.
- Assist sales staff with administrative work (i.e. business cards, mobile lines, stamps).
- Worked as Financial Services Representative at the Retail Banking Department for 3 months
where I was responsible of VIP Deposits. I have achieved my 3 months target before I was
shifted upon my request to be Sales & Administrative Coordinator.
- Handled Administrative Assistant at the General Services Department for 6 months where I
was responsible for following‐up with suppliers on pending issues related to purchase orders,
invoices, and payments.
- Monitor display standards and interior enhancements.
- Manage decorations of inside fairs, events and promotional campaigns in coordination with the Advertising Department.
