• Handle monthly, quarterly, annual tax and fees processes ( NSSF, income tax and VAT ) calculations, documentation and deceleration
• prepare P&L for some companies on monthly basis.
• Control payables accounts and insure that all accounts are reconciled and responsible of data entry of assets, payments, local expenses, and petty cash.
• Control import invoices that already included into the system by the procurement department and correct errors (if any).
• Recheck all entries related to AR and banks.
• Computation of assets depreciation & accounting entry
• Book the accounting entry related to salaries, Tax, NSSF contribution on a monthly basis
• Monitor Employees advance on salary and on account, credit terms and credit limits.
• Responsible for end of year closing financial process and collaboration with external auditors
• Control, review, and reconcile credit cards on daily basis.
• Bank reconciliation on monthly basis
• Prepare all foreign transfers for external suppliers.

- Preparation of quarterly TVA declarations.
- Preparation of monthly and yearly NSSf report.
- Prepare Audit Report ( Income statement, Balance sheet, & Cash flow).
- Prepare R10, R5, R6, R7.
- Prepare Bank and suppliers Reconciliation.
- Handle data entry of accounting transactions: bank deposits, payments, receipts, purchases, sales, expenses…
- Prepare the payrolls.
- Closing year operations .

- Process day to day accounting transactions properly and accurately in the accounting system.
- Prepare weekly bank reconciliation.
- Handle monthly closing process.
- Post monthly payroll transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of trial balance accounts.
- Assist in VAT, NSSF & corporate tax preparation.
- Follow up transfer from\ to warehouses
- Post purchase orders.
