Center Coordinator
-Managing and running an educational center at Village 5 working on administrative work for 60 volunteers including but not limited to payment sheets, time sheets, leaves, vacations, evaluations …
-Interviewing, hiring, and evaluating staff, investing in them and working on building their capacities through training courses and awareness sessions
-Following up on all classes and ensure efficient implementation of the curriculum
-Following up on the students and the center target
-Conducting regular meetings with the coordinators and technical team to ensure the quality of work
-Coordinating with other UNICEF partners in terms of PSS & LS schedule to be implemented for our students
-Coordinating meetings with other Center Coordinators to follow up on the different tasks and deadlines

Social Innovation Lab Coordinator
-Giving training to the facilitators to be able to handle the youth needs
-Walking with the facilitators and with the students through the material and guarantee them a safe space to express themselves freely
-Enhancing the student’s skills and expertise to help them think in a more organized way
-Directing the students to identify the needs in their local community, the challenges and the possible solutions
-Training the students to fathom project management and use this training in presenting their projects to UNICEF and senior management

-Supervising the time bank project: It’s a project where Syrian refugees are using their skills to exchange services, kick-starting an economy despite the unavailability of any actual money. Exchanging haircuts for construction work, or cooking for transport, IBV’s demonstrate the potential of a regulated sharing economy for crisis intervention.
-Managing and organizing events (projects pitching events, time bank project introduction events).

-Teaching high quality academic and social curricula to (13 - 16 years old) students, in addition to organizing school activities (such as competitions) and social workouts (ex. trips).
-Teaching experience allowed me to reach a fine level in design thinking methodologies and computer management by being able to run local or remote systems through one console, monitor system events, work with hard disks, manage performance, schedule tasks, and so on.
