Main duties: following up and insuring supply of purchase orders, loan letters. Reporting status of stock and non stock medical and non medical commodity. Reporting and executing decisions of product evaluation committee. Handling and clearing commodity from JFDA, following up clearance company.
Coordinating with production, quality control, research and development and quality assurance departments to assure modification and updating manufacturing formula and master packaging instructions. Assuring documentation of each batch.
Dispensing raw materials to production department through "BAAN software system".
