- Ensuring all documents are well updated in the entire system as well as with hard copies present in the library
- Posting updated manuals every month to the designated destinations assigned and ensuring customers have received them
- Providing technical support to departments needed as well as other vendors and customers
- Performing updates on pilot laptops every month
- Updating records and manuals with QANTAS airlines
- Updating engine manuals for both GE and Rolls Royce
- Receiving new documents and manuals for new aircraft purchased by Emirates Airlines
- Conduct Risk Assessment and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Inspections
- Revising Quality and HSE Management system documents and uploading them to the Intranet
- Writing new Safety instructions
- Conducting projects for continual improvement (Ducab Suggest)
- Creating control charts for Health and Safety incidents for the year 2009 till 2011
- Revising Waste Handling Instructions
- BASEC Audit preparation and participation (3 days)
Achievements • Aerospace Project published and presented for the University of Žilina, department of Power Engineering, Žilina, Slovak Republic. • Assigned as “ Secretary ” for the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics for the year 2010 to 2011
