Telemarketing Executive for Government Directories cum Receptionists

Job Description
• Find leads of companies for possible advertisers for the directories.
• Make outbound calls and speak to decision makers such as General Managers and Managing Directors and try to fix a meeting with them.
• Provide overview over the phone of the benefits of being a partner advertiser for Government directories.
• Set a meeting with the decision makers and brief the Media Specialist about the details of the meeting that has been set over the phone.
• Send the details of the meeting via email to Media Specialist which includes the name of the company, name of the client and designation, the complete location, type of business and contact information.
• Attends reception area on a given schedule provided by the manager.
• Received incoming calls regarding inquiries about the services offered of the company and transfer it to the right department.
• Attend to guests and make them comfortable during their visit.
• Submit a complete and detailed attendance of the Media Specialist every end of the month.
• Submit a complete list of meetings that needs to be followed up and not interested clients every end of the week.
• Proofreads contents of the directories:
o Check companies logo for the artwork.
o Check contact information such as the correct telephone number, fax number, email address and website.
o Note the corrections for the Art department to change.
