• Responsible for taking bullet point notes regarding all details of menu specs and required weights during meal presentations as agreed between our clients and the management this data is then analyzed and converted into the system format for the Various operational teams to use for their planning purposes

• Since the Flight Catering Solutions module covers the supply chain vertically at the Emirates Flight Catering and it is one of its kind implemented globally maintaining data integrity is a major responsibility errors/incorrect in-put of data could lead to incorrect information being processed and causing excess or incorrect meal production thereby placing an impact of dissatisfaction of service level to the reputed airline customers moreover affecting the company monetarily.
