From 2011 onward, obtained unique, non-exclusive distributorship agreements with LELAS
(France); LOWELL CORP. (USA), OMEGA SEPARATIONS (Belgium), A2S ANTEC (France),
HAAKE (Germany), LAYER (Italy), GEARENCH (USA), MAC (UK), and LEGAPOWER (China), bringing in incremental income stream to the company, in scores of POs, worth approximately AED1.9M.
 Privileged to have contributed to the company's profitability. Audited statements for the last 8 years
ending 2015 saw the company's profits rise at an average of 789%, delivering products from
Purchase Orders by clients valued at US$6M annually (average).
 Fostered a strong relationship with clients in amicable and respectful phone and written
conversations, resulting to ability to obtain important information that would otherwise not be
normally available.
 Crafted and oversaw the company's business growth and diversification strategy. Wrote the
company's profile and portfolio for distribution to prospect clients.

which was for a “Virtual Hardware Store” which has the potential of generating a profit at least
AED1M /mo., in line with the company's diversification effort. Plan is with the CEO.
 Identified and conducted initial exploratory discussions with scores of “great companies with great products” for possible representation in the UAE and other countries. Notable among them are
LINCOLN, PROTEGO, CHROMALOX, BULWARK, BARETTI, FATI, AVAYA, etc.
 Selected and hired high-potential employees with steep learning curves for the positions Procurement
Officer, Purchasing Officer and Accounts Manager. Continually coached and nurtured in staff a
desire for excellence, resulting to a highly-motivated team, that very actively supported the company's
goals. Their efforts resulted to achieving very-short response times to inquiries, and a success rate of
35% (of no. of tenders submitted), 15% (of amount of tenders participated), sales totaling AED11M
over the past 3 years.
 Drafted and secured the approval of policies, internal systems and procedures, and related business form that improves efficiency and effectiveness of operations, e.g., “Administration of Annual Leaves and Benefits”, “Financial and Contractual Policy”, “Internet Acceptable Use Policy”, “Policy on Leaves of Absences”, “PO Placement Flowchart”, etc.
Drafted and instituted SPECTRA's “Statement of Corporate Values”;
 Ensured the continuity of the supply chain cycle as the procurement office for major projects in the
Oil & Gas industry for the Group. Developed good working relationships with 3PL providers to
ensure efficient delivery of products to clients;
 Started and instituted SCRUM daily meetings to ensure procurement efforts are effectively executed,
as well as with of regular purchasing duties and related administrative and documentary tasks such as issuance of POs, PIs, CIs, etc. These SCRUM meetings were enthusiastically received by the team,
and were looked up to by them every morning at the start of the working day.

 Scanned the global market for tender opportunities and develops new connections for bid
participation. Visited Myanmar to develop the CNG business in the country, meeting with the head
of MOGE (Myanmar Oil & Gas Enterprise) and developed a business relationship with a CNG
company in Myanmar and Pakistan.
