 Provide I.T. Support to end Users / Customers.
 Pos Machine installation and Support.
 Email Implementation Setup and pst file Backup and Restore.
 Internet Wifi Router& Wifi Access Point installation and maintenance.
 CCTV installation and DVR Configuration with Dyndns Account Creation.
 Install & Upgrade PC Hardware, Software, and Peripheral Components as Required.
 Respond to Client Phone inquiries as well asRresolving Problems.
 Evaluate Software and Hardware to be Deployed in Desktop Environment.
 Cabling, Patch Panel Punching, Patch Cord Crimbing.
 Provide Training to the New Clients and also make Presentation.
 Handle General Inquiries on usage of IT Operating Environment.
 Perform Regular Tasks for Computer Operations, Including Hardware & Software Installation.
